A Bit About Me
Hey there! I’m Kirstine, a 20-year-old single mom to my beautiful baby girl. My journey into holistic health started when I was young, struggling with health issues that took me years to figure out. During that time, I faced mental challenges, including an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. But coming out of that, I realized I wanted to help others transform their health, lives, and finances.
So, I went to school and became certified in holistic health. It’s my passion, and my mission is to share that with the world.
When I got pregnant at 18 and became a single mom shortly after (not the plan, but here we are!), I knew going back to a 9-5 wasn’t an option. I wanted to be there for my daughter—through everything. So, I decided to start working online. After an amazing conversation with a friend, I made the choice to give it my all and never look back.
Now, I’m here to share this opportunity with you because everyone deserves freedom and abundant health.

Solvara is a name born from intention and light. "Sol" means sun, a symbol of energy, clarity, and life. "Vara" is inspired by words meaning "gift of blessing" in various languages. Together, Solvara represents a gift of light—a reminder to reconnect with nature, nourish your body, and choose freedom over fear.
Solvara is more than a brand—it's a movement for those ready to live vibrantly, break free from toxic cycles, and create a life rooted in purpose and presence.
